WINE CHARACTERISTICS
 The first pleasant sensation is given by the very clear pale straw yellow colour and by its fine, persistent sparkle, which releases a full and complex aroma that invades the nose and palate. A bouquet which, like the grape from which it originates, has a marked musky freshness which combines floral and fruity fragrances. Served at a temperature of 6-8°C this is the ideal companion to all cakes and fresh and dry confectionery. It is traditionally used to celebrate all types of special occasion

WINE CHARACTERISTICS
A very pale straw yellow Brut with intense and complex scents, fine, persistent perlage and a delicately fruity aroma with hints of crusty bread. Dry, pleasantly fresh and harmonious flavour. Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C. This spumante is generally drunk as an aperitif but is also a good companion to fish-based hors dÕoeuvres
