CHARACTERISTICS This is a bright ruby red coloured wine with an infinitely complex combination of characteristic fruity scents, very aromatic with a warm flavour enhanced by a fresh acid touch. The low natural fermentation temperatures lend vivacity and freshness. This is a wine which is ready to drink but which, thanks to its excellent body, is further enhanced with age. It is the perfect companion to highly flavoured dishes, dressed pork products, soups, pasta dishes, main courses and grills, but, thanks to its vivacity and freshness it may also be drunk alone. Serve at a temperature of 16¡C |
