CHARACTERISTICS This is an elegant spumante with a fine, persistent sparkle created by bottle fermentation. It is pale straw yellow coloured with abundant, fine and very persistent perlage. Persistent scents of yeast and crusty bread. The flavour is fine and elegant with a good structure. Longevity further enhances its qualities. An excellent aperitif which is the ideal accompaniment to hors dÕoeuvres and shellfish, and may also be served throughout a meal. Serve chilled at a temperature of 6-8°C |
