CHARACTERISTICS These grapes produce a bright ruby red coloured wine with a fruity, vinous aroma. Dry, velvety very harmonious and pleasantly fresh flavour. This wine is ideal for serving throughout a meal although it is particularly good with hors dÕoeuvres, soups and pasta dishes, risotto and fresh cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 15-17¡C |
